A: This occurs when our digital stock counter mismatches actual stock level. If this occurs to you, you will absolutely get a full refund or you can also wait for the item to be replenished.
Q: Can I Have A Discount?
A: You can always negotiate the price with us if you are buying in bulk (by clicking the "Contact Us" button on the right side). We will decrease price or post fee according your order and send you the money request via PayPal.
Q: Do I Have To Pay VAT / Sales Tax?
A: We do not add any additional charges or taxes. Possible additional costs to you may include:

- If you are re-selling (or drop-shipping) goods from LL trader, Please ensure you are abiding by the tax (and other) regulations for selling goods in your home country and the destination country
Q: Do I Need To Pay Import Taxes And Tariffs?
A: Most of the countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods arrive at your country's custom.
We cannot give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country because every country has its own policy.
We suggest you find out the local regulations prior to ordering from us. You can also request a low value declaration to help avoid any potential tax.

Q: How Do I Change My Delivery Address?
A: Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address, or the package become out of our control as soon as we ship it out.
Q: How Do I Cancel An Order?
A: Order cancels within 24 hours after payment confirmed will be eligible for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled directly. It will need to be returned to us once the customer receives it and the refund is only a partial refund (we deduct the shipping costs).

Q: What If My Product Arrived Damaged?
A: Within 5 days of receiving the goods, you can take photos of damaged product and contact us. Please do not open the plastic bags. We will read through your claim and advise you what to do next.
Q: What If My Product Is Faulty?
A: Please contact us at the first time. Within 30 days of receiving the goods, take photos or video about the faulty item, show us why you think it is faulty, and our logo on the product as well. Our technician will provide you the best solution.
Q: How Is The Quality And Where The Logo Sign Was?
A: Our screens are not original or OEM products, but replacements with exactly same quality and size as the original products which means they will work perfectly on your phone/pad device. In order to avoid any copyright issue, the custom requests us to use the oil pen to cover the Logo. You could always use a little bit alcohol or Nail Polish to smear on it and then you could see the logo appears as original screen.
Q: Why the screen has been installed and worked fine for a few days/weeks, but the touch function of it is not working correctly now?
A: This is because the digitizer cable might lose connection if not plugged in firmly, you can transfer the foam that attach to the back of original digitizer cable connector onto the new one, which can make sure the connector stays connecting to the motherboard.
Q: I cannot hear anything from the phone speaker, why is that?
A: Please double check that if you have peel the film off that attach on the speaker, you will be able to hear that once you remove it.
